For over a century, the neighboring nations have fought fearlessly, trying to drive the enemy back - but to little avail. Depending on the player's chosen classes, their attacks are capped at four and the caster level caps at 20, so while they may have a lot of power at their fingertips, it doesn't become unbelievable.Your path will lead you to the Worldwound, where the opening of a rift to the Abyss has unleashed all-consuming terror across the land. On top of multiclassing to level 40 and increased XP, Legends also have +4 to all of their abilities, which means they're going to find it much easier to make enemy-destroying attacks and protective saves. Legends can only put 20 levels into a single class, so there are a ton of options to build a double-classed magic/melee character, or a smattering of several different classes that grant multiple abilities to make the player even more versatile and independent. They get 20 extra levels to expand their capabilities, multiclassing into other areas to give themselves a wider range of access to spells, attacks and abilities. While other Mythic Paths offer incredibly powerful abilities and feats that may make them seem superior, the fact of the matter is Legends simply don't need them.
